4oz unsweetened baker’s chocolate
½ lb butter
2 cup sugar
4 eggs (unbeaten)
1 1/3 cup flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 t vanilla
12 oz. chocolate chips
Melt chocolate and butter. Add sugar and mix. Add eggs and mix. Add all dry ingredients. Cool mixture. Fold in vanilla and chocolate chips. Bake in 13×9 greased pan for 35 minutes @ 350 degrees. Turn off oven and leave in 5 more minutes. (If you are using a smaller pan, you may need 5 minutes more.) Cool at least ½ hour in pan.
